General Manager

Reports to the Director of Operations/Area Director and President

Responsible for… Providing leadership by engendering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment toward company objectives. Driving sales through excellent operations and marketing executions. Creating an atmosphere of teamwork. Operating a restaurant that meets and exceeds the guest’s expectations of Fast, Accurate, Clean, Tasty, and Service. Achieving company goals by operating in accordance with established operating standards as outlined in the Operations Manual and the TWA Employee Handbook.

Assistant Manager

Reports to General Manager

An Assistant Manager assists in almost all aspects of restaurant operations and provides the up-most in customer satisfaction. Assist the General Manager in operating a restaurant that meets and exceeds the guest’s expectations of Fast, Accurate, Clean, Tasty and Service.

Achieve company goals by operating in accordance with established operating standards as outlined in the Operations Manual and the TWA Employee Handbook.
